A nine-time All-Star, the 31-year old has averaged 24.2 points with 10.7 rebounds in 767 games (760 starts) over 13 seasons.
The Lakers also will be without guard Gabe Vincent (left oblique strain) for the second consecutive game after he departed Saturday's 132-122 victory over the Sacramento Kings.
